Our store policy in return, exchange...

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the dress does not fit or you do not like the item you received, we can offer a refund or exchange with NO QUESTION ASKED (excluding products that are not returnable as stated in product description).

  • Items must be in new condition with tag and unworn except for try on purpose. A claim must be made via e-mail and returned to us within 28 days (from purchase date).
     
  • For item with free postage or discount postage, the actual postage cost for your original order is deducted from total purchase price in the case of "REFUND (only)". The postage deduction is also applied for partial purchase refund calculated on proportion.

    *We have offered the free or discounted postage with your original order, but the postage is not really free as we have paid it for you. The deduction is only used to cover our cost in the case the item is returned for refund. The deduction amount is determined by the cost to sending your original order, it is usually from AU$8.25 (500g) to maximum AU$16.70 (5kg).
     
  • Buyer is responsible for all the postage for return or exchange purpose.
     
  • We check every dress before sending out. However if the garment has a manufacturer defect without our notice or damaged during the post, we will send you the replacement at our postage cost (no refund given). We cover all the cost for such exchange, however we do not cover the cost if you choose to have it fixed yourself. We are sorry for the outcome and do our best to help, but we do not hold responsible for your decision. Please understand accident does happen.
     

To purchase from our store, you must agree our store policy!

Return/Refund Procedure:

Please keep "Return/Refund" as your last option. If the reason is because of wrong dress size or wrong style, please keep it in mind that you can exchange for different sizes or different styles.

1). E-mail us about the refund. We will reply you within 24 hours to confirm the arrangement.
2). Post products back to us. Please also leave a note with your name or order number and to let us know returning dress for refund.
3). Once the return is received, we will then refund the total purchase price less actual postage cost if free or discount postage is offered.
Exchange Procedure:

1). E-mail us first with the problem and which one you wish to exchange with. We will reply you within 24 hours for arrangement.
2). Post products back to us. Please also attach a self-addressed Post Satchel for us to send you the exchange items as buyer is responsible for exchange purpose.
3). Please also leave a note with your name or order number and which dress or which size you want to exchange with.
4). Your exchange item will be sent out as soon as original products received.

Note:
The replacement dress is only reserved for 10 days, otherwise we treat this exchange is cancelled in your end.
If you exchange to different products, we may require more payment or credit for the product price differences.
If you need replacement urgently, you can purchase the replacement first and pay for it, so we can send it out straight away. We will refund you when the return is received.
